Cook too much pasta? Loaded on leftover noodles? Don’t toss it out! Revamp your scraps with these simple ingredients for a one pan dish that’s perfect for the kids, and yourself.

All you’ll need:

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Cooked Pasta

Yep, that’s all. All of your measurements are to taste.  Meaning you can add as little or as much as you’d like to satisfy your taste buds.

If your noodles were refrigerated and have stuck together, you can freshen them up by soaking them in warm water for about a minute. This works on any type of noodle. I had some leftover angel hair pasta so that’s what I I used. Feel free to stick your clean hands in there to speed up the process!

Once the noodles have come apart, drain the water and toss the noodles into a pan on medium heat with the butter. Mix it around to let it melt throughout. Add your parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix it all together until it’s all combined and your butter has melted completely.

Voila! Your pasta is complete!

For some flair, you can add cooked shrimp or chicken.

Enjoy!
